Workers at McNabey Marsh clean up after an oil spill. A leaking tank at the nearby Shell oil refinery drained approximately 400, 000 gallons of crude oil into a creek. From there it spread McNabey Marsh, Carquinez Strait, Suisun Bay, and surrounding waters
