Malachite and Dioptase
Malachite with dioptase from the Tsumeb Mine in Tsumeb, Namibia. The little green crystals are the dioptase, on a matrix of malachite. Both dioptase and malachite are used as gemstones; malachite is also used as an ore of copper. 8 x 6 x 3 cm
