Eastern Dobsonfly
Eastern Dobsonfly (Corydalus cornutus) female: Dobsonflies are very large insects with wing span of four or five inches. The males have huge sickle like jaws but they do not bite. Females, like this one, have smaller jaws and can inflict a nasty bite
