Photovoltaic shingle tile roof on Brockweir and Hewelsfield Village Shop Forest of Dean UK. Gloucestershire, UK. Almost the entire roof is photovolatic shingles with just a small strip of ordinary tiles on each side. Following support from both the local community and several grant aiding bodies this innovative eco-community project opened in 2004 The building is constructed of local green oak with a 5Kw photovolatic shingle tile roof and a 9Kw ground source heat pump
