Trees in a Paulownia plantation in Queensland. (Paulownia sp ). Near Kingaroy, Queensland, Australia. Paulownia is a fast growing timber which can be coppiced to produce a continuing supply of timber light in weight and colour. These trees are about three years old and trial coppicing has taken place to determine the rate of regrowth.(Scrophulariaceae)
