Western Grey Kangaroos - Mother and joey
Western Grey Kangaroos - Mother and joey (Macropus fuliginosus). South Australia. The common kangaroo in southern Australia. Males grow up to 2225 mm and 53.5 kg. Very similar in biology to the Eastern Grey Kangaroo. Mixed populations of Eastern and Western Greys occur in some areas. In captivity western males may produce hybrids from eastern females (never in reverse)
