Cape / Orange-throated Longclaw (Macronyx capensis). Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, South Africa. feeds mostly on insects, also some green seeds. Inhabits moist grassland from sea level to high mountain slopes; also short fynbos. Endemic in South Africa and Zimbabwe
